TQ–32 hardware has a 3-year parts and labour warranty, with claims handled by our team. Remote sessions require your permission.

Scope & details
Colocation for a computer you own: space, power, cooling and network connectivity in Singapore, with initial setup and remote handover agreed together.
The indicative hosting price is S$321.01 per 30 days. Your quotation confirms the eligible computer, included power allowance, network allocation and support scope before payment. Higher power requirements or additional services are quoted separately; this is not unlimited electricity or dedicated bandwidth.
SSH through an authenticated connection, such as Cloudflare Tunnel with Access, or remote desktop with a suitably licensed tool such as TeamViewer. We agree the access method for your operating system and test it from your location.
Start with S$963.03 paid upfront for 90 days at the indicative price. You can arrange to collect your hosted computer in Singapore, including before the prepaid period ends. We refund the unused prepaid hosting balance after settling usage and other charges agreed in advance, with an itemised final statement.
By enquiry. Hardware and software eligibility, customer location, capacity and the final quotation are confirmed before an agreement. Ongoing system administration and backups are separately scoped.
Lawful, authorised use only. Illegal content, fraud, malware and unauthorised access are prohibited. Acceptable-use and incident-response terms are agreed before access is enabled.
Hardware stays in Singapore. Collection by arrangement applies to hosted computers; ordinary workstation orders are delivered within Singapore only. Overseas shipping is not included.
