TERMS OF SALE / VERSION 1 · 4 OCTOBER 2026
Terms of sale.
These terms apply when you buy a TensorQuay system (TQ–A128, TQ–32 or TQ–192) or a setup service from TensorQuay PTE. LTD. (UEN 202643088C), Singapore. They are written in plain English. Nothing in them limits your rights under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act.
1. Orders and payment.
Prices are in Singapore dollars and are the full amount payable for the system and setup described on the product page or in your quotation. TensorQuay is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added. If that changes, we will update these terms and show prices accordingly.
Online orders are paid through Stripe, which hosts the payment page; we never see or store your card number. Your order is confirmed when the payment succeeds and we send you a confirmation by email. Systems sold by quotation, such as TQ–192, follow the price, validity period and payment terms stated in that quotation.
2. Preparation before delivery.
Every system is assembled from new components and prepared for you before delivery: hardware testing under load, then installation and configuration of the operating system, AI models and agent software for the workflows we agree with you. Preparation stays within 100 power-on hours and 500 GB written to storage, and you receive a Delivery & QA report with component serial numbers, test results and installed software. Where checkout asks you to confirm this preparation, your confirmation is recorded with your order.
3. Delivery.
We deliver within Singapore only. TQ–A128 is delivered within 1 week; after you order, we agree your team’s agent setup and the delivery date with you. TQ–32 is currently not available; when it is, its delivery time is stated before you order. TQ–192 delivery is stated in its quotation.
If we cannot deliver within the time we stated, we will tell you as soon as we know, with a new date. You may then cancel the order for a full refund.
4. Cancellation and refunds.
- Before we order components for your system: you may cancel for a full refund.
- After components are ordered: we buy the components for each order. You may still cancel before delivery; we refund the amount you paid less the costs we cannot recover, such as restocking fees charged to us, and we itemise those costs in writing.
- After delivery: configured systems cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faults are handled under the warranty below and your statutory rights.
Refunds are paid to the original payment method through Stripe within 14 days of the cancellation being agreed. To cancel, email hello@tensorquay.com with your order number.
5. Warranty.
TQ–32: 3-year parts and labour warranty on the workstation hardware, with pickup and return in the first year and carry-in service afterwards.
TQ–192: warranty terms are stated in its quotation.
TQ–A128: 3-year parts warranty with labour included, as a carry-in service: you bring or courier the system to us. Pickup and return is available as a paid option.
TensorQuay diagnoses and repairs the system and handles any manufacturer claims for you. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage or unauthorised modifications. To make a claim, email hello@tensorquay.com with your order number and a short description of the problem.
6. Software, AI models and setup.
Systems include operating system, AI model and agent software from third parties and open-source projects, each under its own licence, which we install and configure for the workflows agreed with you. AI models can produce incorrect or incomplete output: please check important results before you rely on them. You are responsible for how the system is used, for the data you process on it, and for keeping your own backups. Support after handover is agreed separately.
7. Liability.
Our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. These limits do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, to fraud, or to anything else where Singapore law does not allow liability to be limited.
8. Your personal data.
We use your order, contact and delivery details to prepare, deliver and support your system. Our privacy notice explains what we collect and how we store it.
9. Governing law and contact.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction. If we change these terms, the version shown at the time of your order applies to that order. Questions: hello@tensorquay.com.
